Munsey scored an unbeaten 127 runs, while Coetzer scored 89 runs. Both shared 200 runs in 15.1 overs for the first wicket.
Richie Berrington scored 22, helping the team to 252 for three in Dublin. Munsey hit 14 sixes and 5 fours in 56-ball innings. He completed a century in 41 balls. Before this, only three players have completed centuries in T20 International cricket with fewer balls and all three achieved this feat in 35 balls. Coetzer faced 50 balls and hit 5 sixes and 11 fours. Munsey also scored 32 runs in one over during his innings.
More runs from him in an over have been scored by Yuvraj Singh of India, who scored 36 runs from 6 sixes in an over by Stuart Broad of England. In response, the Netherlands team could score 194 for 7 wickets despite an unbeaten 96-run stand by captain Pieter Seelaar. For Scotland, Alasdair Evans took 19 wickets while Adrian Neill picked up 2 wickets for 33 runs. With this win, Scotland reach the top of the tri-series.
