2008 Mumbai attack case : Sailor of Kubera boat got justice after 11 years

After 11 years sailor of Kubera boat was finally given justice by the Gujarat High Court, who recalled the 2008 Mumbai terror attack. The wife of Kevat Ramesh Bamania of a boat named Kubera of Gujarat, who was used in the Mumbai attack, pleaded for justice in the Gujarat High Court. Ramesh Bamania’s family said that the Gujarat government should give five lakh rupees as justice and a government job to a person in the family. Accepting this demand at present, the Gujarat government has deposited five lakh rupees by the bank to the wife of the sailor of Kubera Boat. And on November 13, the Gujarat High Court will hear the government job. This Kubera boat from Gujarat was used by the terrorist in the Mumbai attack on the Mumbai sea route. Terrorists killed people on board. The terrorists attacked the Taj Hotel and elsewhere in Mumbai, killing 155 people in which more than 300 people were injured. At the same time, the police caught Pakistani Ajmal Kasab alive.
The terrorists resorted to Saurabh’s Kubera Boat on the way to the sea before entering Mumbai in 2008 and entered India. The wife of Ramesh Bamania, who was killed in this attack, demanded compensation from the Gujarat government. After circling the government coffers for many years, he filed a petition in the Gujarat High Court, pleading for justice. In this case, the Gujarat High Court had ordered to give five lakh rupees to the boat’s owner on 22 October. But the state government argued in the High Court that they do not have funds. After which the Gujarat High Court ordered the funds from the Chief Minister’s Fund. At present, the tehsildar of Gir Somnath has deposited an amount of five lakh rupees to deceased Bamania’s account. Let me tell you that Ramesh Bamania’s wife had also asked for five lakh rupees and one of the family to give a government job. The Gujarat High Court will hear on November 13.
