Prime Minister Narendra Modi meet Japan Prime Minister Shinzo Abe on Monday in Bangkok, Thailand. In addition to today, Prime Minister Modi will also participate in the East Asia and Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) talks. Earlier on Sunday, at the 16th ASEAN-India Summit held in Bangkok, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that ASEAN is and always will be an integral part of our Act East Policy (Look East Policy). A unified and progressive ASEAN will favor India. We want to strengthen our partnership on human cooperation on maritime security, marine resource economy and many other such issues.
