At least 70 army personnel were died in a missile strike by Houthi rebels at a mosque in Marib, Yemen. Medical and military sources gave this information. The casualties were brought to the Marib City Hospital. A medical source at the hospital said that at least 70 people died in the attack on Saturday. Yemen has condemned this “cowardly and terrorist” attack by President Abedrabbo Mansour Hadi.
Earlier it was reported that at least 25 soldiers were died in a missile attack by Shiite rebels on a military camp in Yemen. Yemen officials said at least 25 forces were died and about 10 others were injured in the missile attack in Marib. Authorities had feared the death toll would increase. The injured have been admitted to hospital. Saudi-backed forces continue to attack Houthi rebel targets, after which the rebels launch this missile.
