The Congress is likely to announce names of its DPCC president and also of the party in-charge for Delhi as elections are coming closure. If sources are to be believed names will be declared during Navratras.
The Congress is looking for replacement of late Shiela Dikshit and in all likelihood, J P Agarwal will be the new party president who will be assisted by four executive president instead of three at the moment. The party has also almost zeroed in on the name of in-charge of Delhi which will be Tariq Anwar replacing P C Chako.
The Congress appears to be in disarray in all the election-bound states as it is ready to play second fiddle in Maharashtra. It has some hope in Delhi but still seems to be tentative to deal with an opponent the BJP which is constantly in election mode.
