AP govt informed in assembly that all bifurcation issues will be solved

The Andhra Pradesh government informed the assembly that governments of the two Telugu states are working together to resolve the long-pending bifurcation issues. Deputy CM Pilli Subhashchandra Bose, in reply to questions raised by TDP MLAs Anagani Satyaprasad and others, said the issues have been pending for the past five years as the two CMs (Chandrababu Naidu and K Chandrashekar Rao) were not in friendly terms.
He said, “After the elections, the two CMs held a meeting on 28th June and decided to settle bifurcation issues. The officials of the two states have also held two meetings and have identified the issues to be sorted out.”
The minister also tabled a detailed list of issues to be resolved and said efforts are on and will continue till all pending issues are resolved.
