An Inter School Dance Competition – STeP was organised today at DPS East Ahmedabad. Students of several schools of the city including Calorx Public School, Ghatlodia, Delhi Public School, Bopal, DAV – Ahmedabad, VIP International School – Ahmedabad participated.
The stage came alive when the students of different schools staged spectacular dance performances in the competition. The dance troupes from various schools mesmerised the audience with their performances based on the theme of Charitra Nirman. The colourful costumes, fluid dance movements, and fascinating props made it tough for the judge to decide the winner. In the finale, DAV School – Ahmedabad was declared as the winner of the competition. DPS Bopal stood as the 1st runner up and CPS Ghatlodia were declared 2nd Runner Up. The judge for the competititon was Raj Sinejia – Bollywood Dance Choreographer. He said that dancing is the most beautiful art as it is a communication between body and soul, which is too deep for words to express.
