Savour the diverse and sumptuous cuisine of Rajasthan with the Rajasthani Food Festival at Renaissance Ahmedabad Hotel

In a celebration of the culinary legacy of Rajasthan, the Renaissance Ahmedabad Hotel has announced a Rajasthani Food Festival, from 30th August to 08th September 2019 at R Kitchen, the multi-cuisine, all-day dining restaurant. The food festival, curated by the expert chefs of Renaissance Ahmedabad Hotel, will have an elaborate spread of authentic Rajasthani delicacies and sweetmeats characteristic of the rich cultural heritage, diverse communities and various regions of the state.

Rajasthan, termed as the ‘Land of the Maharajas’, is not only famous for its royal kitchens and exquisite recipes passed on from generation to generation of royal families, but also for the sumptuous and flavourful traditional dishes from the kitchens of Marwar, Mewar and Shekhawati. The Rajasthani Food Festival is an earnest attempt by Renaissance Ahmedabad Hotel to offer the finest culinary delicacies of Rajasthan for its patrons and experience the regalia and legacy of the state through its mouth-watering cuisine.

The food festival will feature mouth-watering, traditional Rajasthani dishes like Daal Baati Churma, Bajre Ka Raab, Pithod Ki Sabzi, Jodhpuri Lal Maans, Ker Sangri, Bikaneri Chicken Curry, Bajre Ki Roti, Gatta Curry and Makhaniya Lassi alongwith lip-smacking Rajasthani deserts like Imarti, Lapsi, Malai Ghevar and Malpua with Rabri. This extravagant spread will enable patrons to explore the rich, robust flavours of the Rajput and Marwari kitchens in the backdrop of mesmerizing live musical performances.
