Nine people were died due to lightning struck In Aurangabad and Bhagalpur districts of Bihar.
Four persons, including a woman, were died in the heavy rain and lightning in the Gorakh block of Aurangabad district.
In Rafiganj and Kasma police station area of Aurangabad district, three people died due to the thunderstorm.
Goh Thana Officer, Vankeshwar Ojha said that the bodies have been brought to the police station and further action is being taken.
A young man and a woman were died in the lightning struck on Tuesday in Sunokhar Amdanda police station area of Bhagalpur district. Sonakhar police station in-charge Ranjit Kumar said that the deceased’s name is Fatee Yadav (20).
Amandabad police station in-charge Arbind Kumar said that Vandana Devi, the 39-year-old wife of Rajendra Mandal, was died in a lightning in Shrimatpur Balsar village.
