Once again hiting out at BJP’s government Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot In a tweet, said, “Even before the swearing-in of newly-elected BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party) government, they are trying to disturb and dismantle the state governments of the opposition parties, including West Bengal, Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh,” he said.
The chief minister’s allegation comes a day after the BJP state vice president and former MLA Gyandev Ahuja predicted that the days of the Ashok Gehlot government are numbered. Ahuja on Tuesday claimed that all six BSP legislators and around 25 Congress MLAs were “unhappy” with the Ashok Gehlot government, stirring speculation about the fate of the Congress government in state that is depending on a thin majority. The Congress had on its own only 100 members in the 200-strong assembly and the government is surviving with the support of the six BSP members and 12 independents.
