Terrorists attacked at District Deputy Commissioner Headquarters with a grenade in Anantnag of Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday morning. More than 10 people are reported injured in this attack.
The police officer said that the terrorists attacked the grenade by targeting the security forces outside the DC office of Anantnag. Local people present there were seriously injured in this attack.
All the injured have been admitted to the hospital for treatment. At the same time, security forces have cordoned off the entire area and started a search operation against the terrorists.
