Telugu Desam Party chief K Chandrababu Naidu called the CBI probe into the alleged suicide case of former Andhra Pradesh Assembly Speaker Kodela Shiv Prasad Rao as “murder”. Naidu said that the incidents that led to the incident should be investigated by the CBI. Holding the YS Jagan Mohan Reddy government responsible for Rao’s death, Naidu said, “I have seen 11 Chief Ministers in my career and I have held this position myself for years. I have never seen such a chief minister (Y. S. Jaganmohan Reddy). This case (suicide) is nothing but murder committed by the government. He said, “There should be a CBI inquiry into the whole matter. The intellectuals of the country should debate the attitude of the government. ”According to eyewitnesses, Rao is suspected of committing suicide.
