Sajjad Gani Lone move to SC against Abrogation of Article 370

Sajjad Gani Lone, leader of the People’s Conference of Jammu and Kashmir, and his party have filed a petition in the Supreme Court against the abrogation of Article 370. A total of 7 petitions were filed on Article 370. Out of these, the Supreme Court has found the petitions in 4 petitions. After the abrogation of Article 370, all the decisions related to the Act and the law passed in Parliament were demanded to be repealed. It was told in the petition that curfew has been taken away in Kashmir. Everything is affected there. Be aware that earlier the petition challenging the Reorganization Act 2019 of Jammu and Kashmir was rejected by the High Court. This act was challenged by Abdul Gani Bhat. The judge said that many petitions have been filed in the Supreme Court. They are to be heard in October. Till then should be waited. The court said that petitions have already been filed in the Supreme Court. To be heard is. If the appellants wish, they are free to file a petition in the Supreme Court.
The High Court said that they had only two options left. The first is to postpone this petition and wait for the final verdict. Second, this writ petition should be disposed of. Earlier, the judge heard arguments from both sides. The appellant, in his petition, sought the cancellation of other decisions, including the decision to abrogation of Article 370 in the country’s parliament, making Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh a union territory. There was also a demand to remove restrictions in Kashmir. The petition said that the Center should not interfere in the internal matter of the state. Be aware that while hearing a petition filed earlier, the Supreme Court had said that the matter of Jammu and Kashmir is sensitive, the Central Government will have to give some time on this.
