Mayawati has once again been elected the national president of the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP). This decision was taken unanimously at the BSP national meeting. Apart from this, it was decided to contest all the seats in the Uttar Pradesh Assembly by-election. Along with this, the names of the candidates were also announced.
On Wednesday, BSP supremo Mayawati called a meeting of zonal and divisional in-charges. In this meeting of the BSP National Executive held in Lucknow, it was decided to make Mayawati once again the president of BSP. Mayawati will now declare the party’s national executive afresh.
BSP national general secretary and MP Satish Chandra Mishra completed all the necessary procedures. After this, all the people present in the meeting applauded and welcomed Mayawati’s election as national president. On this, Mayawati expressed her gratitude to all the leaders of the party.
Along with this, the preparations for the assembly by-election were also reviewed. BSP supremo Mayawati directed to form the first assembly, sector formation as well as the brotherhood committee in the by-elections. The names of the candidates of the assembly by-elections were stamped in the meeting. It was decided in the meeting that the BSP will contest all the 13 seats in the assembly by-elections.
