Mizoram CM Zoramthanga visits landslide spot at govt housing complex

Due to landslides in Mizoram, three people, including two children, died due to three block collapses of a government housing complex, while 11 others were injured. Officials gave this information about the incident. NDRF (National Disaster Management Force) official said that more than 100 people have been evacuated to a community center. NDRF official told the media that the building collapsed due to landslides due to heavy rains since last two days. A residential complex was built by an agency of the Indian government under Basic Services to Urban Poor (BSUP). Chief Minister Zoramathanga visited the spot and he also visited Sineod Hospital where the injured were admitted.
