Calorx Public School, Ghatlodia recently organized a day long Career Conclave for the students and public at large with an objective of introducing alternate or various career fields available to students in today’s world beyond conventional streams. As a part of the conclave various sessions were conducted by experts from different\ fields. Each speaker informed the audience about opportunities & challenges of their respective fields. Around 150 parents along with 200 students from different schools attended the conclave to understand the future prospects of various careers.
The first session was taken by industry experts like Dr. Nimrat Singh, the founder of Tangram-tracking the human mind. She has worked in areas of personal growth and productivity, team building, group dynamics and managing leadership; Dr. Gaurav Shah, Head of Biotechnology Department Veer Narmad South Gujarat University who put emphasis on different careers related to Biology; Professor Raghavan Rangrajan, Dean of Students, Ahmedabad University explained different courses offered by Ahmedabad University.
