Security forces got a big success in Bijbehara of Anantnag in Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday. In the ongoing encounter from 6 am, security forces killed 3 terrorists. Army and CRPF had surrounded 3 terrorists in a joint operation. They were hidden in a house. The success of this operation is also big because so far no casualty of any jawan has been reported in this operation. Now the search operation is being run instead of the operation.
This encounter was going on from 6 am on Wednesday morning. Explain that this is the third encounter with terrorists in the valley after the change in Article 370. This is the first encounter in Anantnag after the removal of Article 370. Earlier, on 29th September, 6 terrorists were killed by security forces in an encounter at two different places. This operation is being run jointly by the Army and CRPF. The army had received information about hiding the terrorists in a house in the morning, after which this operation was started.
