Jammu and Kashmir is formally divided into two Union territories and two Lt Governors have taken over at Laddakh and Jammu and Kashmir and with this the demand for Punnun Kashmir is not only growing but Punnun Kashmir organization in the state demanding a commission to prove genocide of Hindus in Jammu and Kashmir and people involved in this must be brought to book.
Speaking to GNS Shailendra Aima, Vice Chairperson of the Panun Kashmir Pandit, said, тАЬJustice would only prevail only if the genocide on Pandits is acknowledged and their perpetrators are punished. Pandits have faced seven displacements in past 480 years that started from the time of Sikander Butsikan.тАЭ Aima added, тАЬPandit return is a question of justice that delivers on the larger question of their religious cleansing and exile, therefore is stringent on perpetrators. A commission must be set up to bring people responsible for genocide to book who are sprawling in open without fear.тАЭ
There are over 30 lakh Kashmiri pundits and Saraswat Brahmins spreading across the country and even outside the country living as refugees. Many of them are living in Jammu as refugees. They must be given justice as not a single case has been file against genocide against Pandits.
