Russia is helping China build missile warning system: Putin

Russia’s President Vladimir Putin has said that Russia is helping China build a system to warn about ballistic missile tests. Only Russia and the United States have had such systems since the time of the Cold War. It consists of several ground-based radars and space satellites.
