Senior citizen Hasmukhbhai Trivedi had earlier worked at Maneklal Harilal Mill in Ahmedabad from 1976 to 1996 and retired. He then work at Nandesari’s Floritech Company from 2004 to 2014 and his pension for this job is resumed. However the question of pension for 20 years of work done earlier in Ahmedabad mill was not solved. He made representations in the labor department from the lowest to the highest, but failed to find the solution.
Hasmukh Trivedi residing in Nandesari market approached the EPF office at Akota four months ago regarding his pension. However the matter was still unresolved. Finally as a last option he took his problem to the Vadodara city police commissioner and request to resolve the issue of his pension. Following that the team of Nandesari police station, on the instructions of the Commissioner of Police, accompanied him and took up the issue with the officials of EPF office at Akota.
Eventually, with the help of She team, the issue of his first job pension, which had been stuck for many years, was resolved. Hasmukh Trivedi thanked the city police commissioner, Nandesari police station officials and the She team.
