PM Modi stated that every citizen of the country has resolved to turn this crisis into an opportunity. “We have to make this a major turning point for this nation. What is that turning point? A self-reliant India,” he said. The entire nation is not just fighting Covid-19 but also facing multiple challenges, prime minister Narendra Modi said.
PM’s comments came during the inaugural address on the occasion of 95th annual plenary session of Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) on Thursday.
The prime minister said that the entire world is fighting Covid-19 and so is India. “Other adversities are also arising amid these trying times,” the PM said.
