A senior BJP leader confirmed the letter sent to the Governor to form the government. He has informed that a decision on this will be taken after getting input from the party’s central leadership. He told that this letter will be placed before the core committee of the BJP on Sunday. The BJP leadership’s instructions will be awaited before taking a decision on claiming to form the government. According to political experts, the chances of BJP are very less.
No party came forward to form the government due to lack of majority party, to which Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari expressed displeasure. The Governor spoke to Fadnavis about expressing his desire to form the government after talking to Advocate General Ashutosh Kumbhakoni. At the same time, after the Governor’s move, the Shiv Sena is now planning to wait for the BJP’s decision.
A senior leader has said that the party will open its cards only after the BJP decides. Sources say that the Shiv Sena is waiting for the time when the BJP will accept that it does not have the required figure for majority. By doing so, the Shiv Sena will come to an agreement with the BJP.
