Dabang Delhi KC team suffered a third defeat in the seventh season of Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) played at Tau Devi Lal Sports Complex here. Dabang Delhi lost by 33–42 against Bengal Warriors. This is Delhi’s third defeat in 20 matches. The team is still at number one with 82 points. At the same time, this is Bengal’s 13th win in 20 matches. The team is in second place with 78 points. Both the teams have already reached the playoffs, while Delhi has also confirmed their place in the semi-finals.
The hero of this victory for Bengal was once again their captain Maninder Singh, who scored 13 points with Super-10 and also became the fourth player to score 200 red points this season. From Delhi, Naveen Kumar (15 Red Points) has carried his own record by finishing 18th Super-10 in a row as well as Pardeep Narwal’s record of 19 Super-10s in a season.
