In 26th day hearing of Ayodhya case, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Ranjan Gogoi has told all the parties that the debate in the dispute will be concluded by 18th October. On this, All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) chief Asaduddin Owaisi said on Wednesday that every party should get full time for debate.
Owaisi also questioned the leaking letter of the arbitrator on the Ram temple issue and asked how the letter reached the media. Strange that mediators are leaking letters to the media. Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi has said how BJP leaders know that decision will come in their favor. Judgment has to be given to the Supreme Court. He said that when the election has come, he started making statements. If the election does not come, forget it. Owaisi hoped that the Supreme Court would do justice.
The CJI, which had concluded its arguments by 18th October, sought to initiate the arbitration process of the parties in the case, stating that if the 2 parties want to try to resolve the dispute through intermediation, they can but the hearing will not stop, the hearing Will continue by 18th October, if there is any talk on mediation between the two parties, they should report to the court. There will be confidentiality regarding arbitration. The arbitration panel had sent information to the Supreme Court stating that some parties want it to continue.
